We are seeking passionate, skilled innovators to drive breakthroughs in our Energy Innovation project

 

Your Role

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for leading the strategic technological direction, development, and implementation of innovative energy solutions. This role involves overseeing product development teams to drive advancements in energy storage systems, smart grids, and AI-powered energy management. The CTO ensures that all renewable energy projects are delivered on time and meet industry standards and environmental regulations.

 

Key responsibilities include managing research and development (R&D) efforts, collaborating with external partners and academic institutions to stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, and integrating AI and other advanced technologies to optimize energy storage and management. The CTO plays a pivotal role in aligning technical initiatives with business goals, promoting sustainability, and setting the company’s technology vision. This position requires a skilled leader with deep expertise in renewable energy, team management, and the ability to foster innovation that propels the company’s growth and industry leadership

 

Responsibilities

• Lead the technological development and innovation for energy solutions, including energy storage systems and smart grids.
• Manage product development teams and ensure timely delivery of renewable energy projects.
• Ensure the integration of emerging technologies, such as AI for energy management and battery storage optimization.
• Oversee R&D efforts, collaborating with external partners and universities for technological advancements.
• Ensure product compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations.

Key Skills

• Deep knowledge of energy storage technologies (e.g., lithium-ion, flow batteries)
• Expertise in renewable energy systems (solar, wind)
• Experience with smart grids and energy management systems
• R&D management, AI/ML in energy tech
• Strong project management and team leadership skills

 

Qualifications & Certifications Required:

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields
• Certified Energy Manager (CEM) from the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE)
• ISO 50001 Energy Management Certification (optional, but helpful)

• Ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients
• Strong desire to continually learn and stay up-to-date with new technologies and advancements in the software industry
