We are seeking passionate, skilled innovators to drive breakthroughs in our Energy Innovation project

 

Your Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will drive the growth of the company by identifying and securing new business opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and expanding the client portfolio for energy solutions. Your role will focus on building relationships with clients, government entities, and large organizations in need of energy consultancy, training, and storage solutions, effectively positioning the company as a trusted energy partner. You will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to generate leads, manage proposal and bid processes, and ensure that contracts and pricing meet both client needs and company profitability goals.

 

Success in this role requires strong sales acumen, a strategic mindset, and deep knowledge of the energy market and sustainable solutions. Your efforts will contribute significantly to the company’s market position and revenue growth, enhancing the organization’s impact in the energy industry.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and client accounts for the company’s energy solutions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, government bodies, and large enterprises in need of energy consultancy, training, and storage solutions.
  • Develop sales strategies, marketing plans, and lead-generation tactics to expand the company’s client base.
  • Manage proposal and bid processes, ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring profitability and value for clients.

Qualifications & Certifications Required:

  • Certified Business Development Professional (CBDP) (preferred)
  • Sales and Marketing Certifications (e.g., HubSpot Sales Software, Google Ads, etc.)

  • Team player attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment and share knowledge with others
  • Ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients
  • Strong desire to continually learn and stay up-to-date with new technologies and advancements in the software industry
