We are seeking passionate, skilled innovators to drive breakthroughs in our Energy Innovation project

 

Your Role

As the Finance and Administration Officer, you will oversee the financial management and administrative functions essential to the company’s operations. Your role includes managing budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. You will handle invoices, and payroll, and prepare accurate financial reports for investors and stakeholders. In addition, you will provide crucial administrative support across departments, assisting with day-to-day operational logistics to facilitate smooth business functions.

 

This role demands strong financial management skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. Your work will support the company’s financial health and administrative efficiency, contributing to informed decision-making and operational success.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage all financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and maintain accurate records of company expenses and revenue.
  • Process invoices, payroll, and assist in preparing financial reports for investors and stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support across departments and help with day-to-day operational logistics.

Qualifications & Certifications Required:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (preferred)
  • Certified Management Accountant (CMA) (optional)

  • Ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients
  • Strong desire to continually learn and stay up-to-date with new technologies and advancements in the software industry
